Redesigning the website for Dubai-based luxury hotel chain, Jumeirah. Paired with a brand refresh, one of the goals was to create a more premium look and feel to better represent the high-end. A lot of work was also done to refine the booking process and offer greater levels of customisation to the customer.
Booking Process
Extensive work was done on improving the booking flow of the site, giving customers access to detailed customisation elements that were previously only accessible via phone call.
